Each company will have its own policies regarding cancelling and rescheduling of balloon flights. Many companies will require at least a two to three day notice to cancel a balloon flight. The company itself may cancel a balloon flight because of weather conditions or for other unforeseen reasons. Generally, you will be asked to contact the company prior to the flight to check on weather conditions. If the balloon operator has determined the weather to be unsafe for flying, you will be asked to rebook your flight for another day.
